Kathmandu – Ghale Gaun (Drive – Private Transfer)
After breakfast, you will start your journey towards Ghale Gaun via Besishahar. On the way, you will witness the spectacular views of the small village and high, snow-capped mountains. A scenic drive with natural beauty will astound you and take you to the fascinating village of Gurung, Ghale Gaun.
Upon your arrival in Ghale Gaun, you will get some rest and then witness the traditional Gurung dance and music program.
Ghale Gaun
Today, early in the morning, you will visit a local tower for a stunning view of the sunrise and the Himalayan peaks, including Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Annapurna, and Lamjung Himal. After the mesmerizing sunrise view, you will head towards your homestay and have breakfast, then you will go for a short hike to Bhujung.
On the way, you will visit and explore the Gurung village, where you can explore their traditional. After around 2 hours of hiking, you will reach Bhujuung, which is known for wild bee hunting. After reaching there, you will explore the village and see the historical Uttarkanya temple and tea garden, then hike down to Ghale Gaun.
Ghale Gaun – Ghandruk (Drive – Private Transfer)
After breakfast, you will explore the Ghale Gaun village and then drive towards Ghandruk. On the scenic drive, which takes around 3.5 hours, you will witness the beautiful small village and high snow-capped mountains until you reach Ghandruk.
You will be welcomed by the mesmerizing views of the Himalayan range, like Annapurna South, Mt. Machhapuchhre, Mt. Annapurna II, Gangapurna, Hinuchuli, and many more. After reaching Ghandruk, you will be escorted towards your homestay and get fresh.
Ghandruk
Early in the morning, you will explore a stunning view of the picturesque Gurung village and a variety of mountains. You may explore and discover a lot about Gurung culture after breakfast. Also, you can go to the authentic Gurung village and the Gurung Museum.
Following your exploration of the authentic Gurung village, you will taste traditional Gurung cuisine and then explore some nearby villages. After exploring the village, you will head towards your homestay and the gest fresh, and in the evening, you will witness the traditional cultural program in Ghandruk village.
Ghandruk – Kathmandu (Drive – Private Transfer)
After breakfast, you will start your journey back to Kathmandu. You will have a beautiful ride on the highway, with views of small villages, forests, and snowcapped mountains. You will drive via a pokhara, which takes you through a range of landscapes, including small towns, river valleys, and twisting highways. You will have some free time to freshen yourself after being directed to the hotel upon arrival in Kathmandu.
