Detail Itinerary

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, our representative will be waiting at the airport for your welcome. Then board a private vehicle and be transferred to your hotel. Check into your hotel and rest after your journey. You will be briefed about the Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek.
Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore ancient temples and vibrant markets and experience the unique atmosphere of Nepalese urban life.
Kathmandu – Pokhara (Drive – Private Transfer)
Early in the morning after breakfast, your trekking guides will pick you up from your hotel and head towards your destination. Embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara, a picturesque lakeside city surrounded by the panorama of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhare mountain ranges. Pokhara not only offers serene lakes, caves, and stunning viewpoints but is also a gateway to adventure tourism in the Annapurna region.
Pokhara – Phedi (Drive – Private Transfer) – Pothana
After having breakfast, you will start your journey by driving to Phedi, the starting point of the trek. The ride takes about 45 minutes to reach Phedi. After reaching Phedi, your proper Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek starts. You will start your trek to Pothana. The trails pass through the lush forest and traditional villages surrounded by rhododendron forests. The path also offers beautiful views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhare peaks to reach Pothana.
Pothana – Forest Camp
You will head towards the forest camp today after having breakfast. The trail is ascending to Deurali, and then you change your path towards Forest Camp. The path will take you to the silent forest of oak trees, maples, and rhododendrons, providing a serene and scenic experience. As you walk for a few hours in the forest, witnessing the different flora and fauna, you will reach Forest Camp.
Forest Camp – Low Camp
Today, you will have a short trek day towards Low Camp. As you walk from the forest camp, the trails take you through the shade of rhododendron forest until you notice the changes in the landscape, where you will witness less vegetation and more rhododendron trees. The trails offer alpine forest with stunning views of Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Machhapuchhare, as well as keeping an eye out for the diverse flora and fauna on the way to Low Camp.
Low Camp – High Camp
Your paths towards High Camp offer a pristine environment with close views of the Himalayan peaks, including Mardi Himal, Gangapurna, Annapurna South, Hiuchuli, and Machhapuchhre. The trails become steeper and the air tinner with the awe-inspiring views of your surrounding landscapes and views.
High Camp – Mardi Himal Base Camp
Today, you will fulfill your ultimate goal of the trek by reaching Mardi Himal Base Camp. Mardi Himal Base Camp offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views, but the trail is full of challenges with rocky terrain that can be slippery. This is the highest point (4,500 m) you will reach during your Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek. Once you reach it, you will witness the panoramic views of Mardi Himal, Mt. Annapurna South, Mt. Machhapuchhre, Tent Peak, and Hiunchuli towering about you.
Mardi Himal Base Camp – Siding Village
After witnessing the mesmerizing sunrise and sunset views from Mardi Himal Base Camp, you will descend towards Siding village after having breakfast. As you trek downward, you will witness the drastic changes in landscapes. After walking a few hours on the forest path, you will reach Siding village. The villages offer friendly hospitality from the Gurung community. Today your Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek on foot ends.
Siding – Pokhara (Drive- Private Trasnfer)
After having breakfast, you will board a private vehicle and drive towards Pokhara. The ride takes about 3 hours to reach Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara, you can visit different places and take an evening walk by the lakeside.
Pokhara – Kathmandu (Drive- Private Trasnfer)
After having breakfast, you will drive back to Kathamndu. The ride takes you through stunning terrain, little villages, and the Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers on the way. After reaching Kathmandu, you will be escorted towards the hotel, and in the evening, you will have a farewell dinner.
