Detail Itinerary

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, our representative will be waiting at the airport for your welcome. Then board a private vehicle and be transferred to your hotel. Check into your hotel and rest after your journey. There will be a briefing session of Nepal Best Cultural Tour.
Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore ancient temples and vibrant markets and experience the unique atmosphere of Nepalese urban life.
Kathmandu – Panauti – Banthali (Drive – Private Transfer)
Today, after breakfast, you will drive to the beautiful Panauti village. After exploring the traditional Newari village, you will drive to Banthali village, a beautiful location in a plain-land region surrounded by green hills.
Then, you will visit many temples, hike up to Namobuddha Monastery, explore the place, and then hike back to Banthali. During the hike, you will witness the Himalayan panorama of Langtang, Ganesh Himal, and the Gaurishanker range.
The sub-hike to Ladkeshor Mahadev, which is situated next to the Roshi Khola (River), makes the hike outstanding.
Banthali – Bhaktapur Durbar Sqaure – Nagarkot (Drive – Private Transfer)
After breakfast, you will drive towards Nagarkot via Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is a medieval city renowned for its well-preserved architecture and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During your tour of Bhaktapur Durbar Square, you will visit Nyatapola Temple, 55 Window Palace, Taleju Temple, and Dattatraya Temple.
After exploring some of the well-preserved architecture and having lunch, you will go to pottery classes. It is a well-preserved culture of art and craft where you will make different items from clay. During this hour of pottery classes, you can paint or make art on the cups, vases, and other items, or you can make your own items from clay.
After enjoying your pottery classes, you will drive to Nagakot, which will take around an hour to reach. Upon reaching Nagarkot, you will be escorted towards your rooms and then witness a sunset view.
Nagarkot – Changunarayan (Hike) – Kathmandu (Drive – Private Transfer)
Today, you will start your day with a lovely sunrise view over the Himalayan range from Nagarkot Hill. You will witness the Himalayas, like Mt. Everest, Mt. Kanchenjunga, Mt. Langtang, Gaurishankar, and many other snowy peaks.
After witnessing this lovely view, you will have your breakfast and then start your hike towards Changunarayan. It is an easy and scenic hike over the ridgeline to Changunarayan, a temple of Lord Bishnu Narayan. The hike takes around 4 hours, with beautiful views of the Himalayan range and the small Tamang villages.
Changunarayan is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its intricate carvings and sculptures. After learning about the historical and cultural significance of the temple, you will board the private transport and then drive back to the hotel in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu – Chandragiri (Drive – Private Transfer)
After breakfast, you will drive to Chandragiri Hills. The ride takes around 1 hour and 30 minutes. After reaching Chandragiri, you will have a cable car ride to reach Chandragiri Hills. You will visit Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple and witness the panoramic views of the Himalayas and city from the view tower. After exploring the place, you will relax at your resort.
Chandragiri – Champadevi – Hattiban (Hike) - Kathmandu (Drive – Private Transfer)
Early in the morning, you will have a lovely sunrise view from the Chandragiri hills. After breakfast, you will start your hike to Champadevi, which will take around 3 hours. You will have a peaceful hike through forests and small villages, which provides an insight into traditional Nepalese culture.
Champadevi Temple is a holy site for Buddhists and Hindus. Then, you will hike down to Hattiban after mesmerizing views. Upon arrival in Hattiban, have lunch, then drive to the hotel, and you will have some free time.
Kathmandu – Kirtipur – Khokhana – Bungmati Village – Patan Durbar Square – Kathmandu (Drive – Private Transfer)
Today you will visit the traditional villages of Kiritpur and then drive towards another traditional village, Bungamati, and Khokana, renowned for their unique Newari architecture and way of life.
Upon your arrival, you will have a short tour, and then you will have cooking classes. At first, you will visit Patan Durbar Square, known for its ancient palaces, temples, and statues. You will explore the Mahaboudha Temple, Kumbeshwor Temple, Krishna Temple, Golden Temple, and many more.
Then, go for the cooking classes, and you will learn to make a traditional Newari dish called Yamori. It is made up of rice flour, and there will be fillings of Chaku and Khuwa inside. By participating in a Yamori cooking class, you will immerse yourself in the culinary traditions of the region.
Kathmandu
Today, you will have a day of sightseeing activities after having your breakfast at the hotel. At first, you will start your journey by visiting the major Hindu shrine, Pashupatinath, which offers numerous temples dedicated to different Hindu devotees.
Then, you will drive to Boudhhanath, the largest dome-shaped stupa in Nepal. After exploring the area, you will have lunch and then drive towards Soyambhunath Temple, which is a holy site for both Hindus and Buddhists. Exploring the Soyambhunath area, you will head towards Kathmandu Durbar Square, where you will visit several temples, shrines, courtyards, and a palace inside the durbar square that reflect the art and architecture of medieval times.
At last, you will visit the Kumari Temple, the living goddess of Nepal. Then you will head towards Thamel for your dinner.

Depending on your flight schedule, our representative will escort you towards the airport. Before your fight schedule starts, you may have some free time in Kathmandu for last-minute shopping or sightseeing.
