Kathmandu (Arrival) – Transfer to Hotel (Private Transfer)

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, our representative will be waiting at the airport for your welcome. Then board a private vehicle and be transferred to your hotel. Check into your hotel and rest after your journey. You guide will briefly explain you about the Poon Hill Trek.

Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore ancient temples and vibrant markets and experience the unique atmosphere of Nepalese urban life.

Kathmandu – Pokhara (Drive – Private Transfer)

Early in the morning, your trekking guides will pick you up from your hotel and head towards your destination. Join on a scenic drive to Pokhara, a picturesque lakeside city nestled amidst the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre ranges. Pokhara offers serene lakes, caves, and stunning viewpoints. It also serves as a gateway to adventure tourism in the Annapurna region.

Pokhara – Ghorepani (Drive – Private Transfer)

You will begin your Poon Hill Trek adventure today by taking a private vehicle from Nayapol to Ulleri. You will begin your trek toward Ghorepani after arriving at Ullleri. Ghorepani is a quaint village where you can take in the rich cultural diversity of the area. You can also feel the warmth of the locals. The trail climbs through beautiful oak and rhododendron forests into Banthanti.

After a few hours of walking, we will arrive at Nangethanti. This is the final destination for your journey to Ghorepani.

Ghorepani – Poon Hill – Tadapnai

An early morning start takes us to the summit of Poon Hill (3210m), a famous vantage point offering panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, as well as Mt. Nilgiri, Mt. Machhapuchhre, Hiuchuli, Tharpachuli, Tukuche Peak, and other surrounding snow-capped mountains. Witness a spectacular sunrise over the mountains. After that head towards Ghorepani, have breakfast, and then proceed to Tadapani.

The route winds through dense pine and rhododendron forests and charming villages. It offers captivating Himalayan views amidst scenic landscapes.

Tadapani – Ghandruk

Today, you will have a short trek to Ghandruk, a traditional Gurung village. On the way to Ghandruk, the trail offers diverse terrain and cultural encounters. After reaching Ghandruk, you will be able to explore the local culture. Interact with friendly community and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Ghandruk – Nayapool – Pokhara

Today is the last day of this Poon Hill Trek. After experiencing the beauty of Gurung culture at Ghandruk, you will descend towards Nayapool. On the way to Nayapool, you will pass through a small village to reach Birethanti. Then you will again descend towards Nayapool, get in a private vehicle, and drive towards Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara, you can go for an evening walk by the lakeside.

Pokhara – Kathmandu

After having breakfast, you will drive back to Kathamndu. The ride takes you through stunning terrain, little villages, and the Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers on the way. After reaching Kathmandu, you will be escorted towards the hotel, and in the evening, you will have a farewell dinner.
