Upon arrival in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, our representative will be waiting at the airport for your welcome. Then board a private vehicle and be transferred to your hotel. Check into your hotel and rest after your journey. Your guide briefs about the 3 Valley Tour Itinerary.
Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore ancient temples and vibrant markets and experience the unique atmosphere of Nepalese urban life.
Kathmandu
After the early morning breakfast, you will have some refreshing sightseeing. The first stop on your tour will be the major Hindu shrine, Pashupatinath Temple, which has a huge area and many temples dedicated to various Hindu devotees.
Then, you’ll visit and experience the serene ambiance of Bouddhanath Stupa, which is the largest dome-shaped stupa in Nepal and a pilgrimage site for Buddhists. After having your lunch at Buddhanath, you will visit Soyambhunath Temple, which is a holy site for both Hindus and Buddhists.
You will next explore the area at Kathmandu Durbar Square before visiting Kumari Temple, home of Nepal’s Living Goddess. After exploring the area, you will visit Thamel and then be escorted back to the hotel. The rest of your time will be free.
Kathmandu – Bhaktapur Durbar Square – Nagarkot
Today, you will drive to another medieval city renowned for its well-preserved architecture. Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a treasure trove of ancient temples, statues, and historic landmarks. You will visit Nyatapola Temple and 55 Window Palace. After exploring some well-preserved architecture, you will go for pottery. Pottery classes are relaxing and exciting because you can make different items from clay.
After 1 hour of pottery class, you will drive to Nagarkot, which will take around 1 hour. Upon reaching Nagarkot, you will rest in your hotel and then go for a beautiful sunset view.
Nagarkot – Patan Durbar Square
Today, you will start your day with the beautiful sunrise views from Nagarkot. Then you will have your breakfast, with the panoramic views of snow-capped peaks, including Mount Everest, from Nagakot Hills.
You’ll drive back to Patan Durbar Square after breakfast, where you’ll find an open museum with beautifully carved windows, naturally occurring roof struts, statues of gods and goddesses, temples with sensuous pagoda-style carvings, and repose metalwork facades, among many other Patan sites, like Golden Temple, Krishna Temple, Mahaboudha Temple, and many more.
Kathmandu (Departure)
Depending on your flight schedule, our representative will escort you towards the airport. Before your fight schedule starts, you may have some free time in Kathmandu for last-minute shopping or sightseeing.
